✦ Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after each use. Lambskin is delicate — avoid rough fabrics.

✦ For light marks, use a barely damp cloth and pat softly. Never rub — it can damage the fine grain.

✦ Apply a small amount of leather conditioner every 3–6 months to keep the leather supple. Choose a product formulated for soft or delicate leathers.

✦ Keep away from rain, humidity, and direct sunlight. Lambskin is more moisture-sensitive than cowhide — protect it accordingly.

✦ If the bag gets wet, blot dry immediately with a soft cloth and air-dry at room temperature. Do not use a hair dryer or place near heat.

✦ Avoid contact with denim, dark fabrics, or other items that may transfer colour onto the light-toned leather.

✦ Store in a dust bag, away from direct light. Stuff lightly with tissue paper to help the bag retain its crescent shape.

✦ Wipe the zip and zipper pull with a soft dry cloth to remove oils and moisture after use.

✦ If the zip feels stiff, apply a small amount of beeswax or zipper lubricant along the teeth — avoid petroleum-based products.

✦ Avoid exposing the zip hardware to perfume, hand sanitiser, or saltwater, which can dull or corrode the finish over time.
