Store the bag in its dust bag, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Wipe with a soft dry cloth after use. For a specific leather type, message us with the product name.
Do you offer repair or maintenance?
Yes. Send photos and the order or style name via chat, WhatsApp, or email. We will confirm whether the piece can be serviced and the estimated time.
Can I request gift wrapping or a note?
Yes. Add it in the order notes or tell us in chat.
Do you provide customization advice?
Yes. Tell us quantity, leather preference, and timeline. Sampling and branding are quoted separately.
How does a factory visit work?
Factory visits in Guangzhou can be arranged by appointment. If you cannot travel, we can schedule a video call.
